Meet your Facilitators

April LeBlanc

Hi, I’m April, and I’m deeply passionate about guiding others on their healing journey to reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the earth, holistic practices, and mindful self-discovery. My own journey has been one of transformation, from experiencing the weight of chronic stress and burnout to finding healing and balance through yoga, acupuncture, sound, movement, and connection.

As a Holistic Nurse Coach with 22 years of experience working with children, teens, and families facing chronic health challenges, I understand the importance of nurturing both the body and spirit. I’ve trained in Mind Body Medicine and Integrative Lifestyle Medicine, and I’ve learned that true healing happens when we integrate the mind, body, and soul.

I believe that nature holds a deep wisdom, and I incorporate this into my practice by working with therapy animals, herbs, and the rhythms of the natural world. Whether I’m skiing through snow, hiking up mountains with campers, or growing plants, I find that the earth offers us the space to reconnect with our most authentic selves.

I’m here to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing, helping you embrace your true power and live in alignment with your soul. Together, we’ll explore a combination of traditional and alternative practices that honor your unique journey and empower you to thrive.

Abby Stimpson

Hi, I’m Abby Stimpson. I’m an educator and embodied movement facilitator.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with children and families in both schools and various community settings, combining creative expression with research-backed practices that support emotional resilience, nervous system regulation and connection.

My journey into this work is deeply personal. After experiencing profound loss, chronic health challenges and a near-death experience, I found myself searching for sustainable ways to heal and rebuild. Through that process, I discovered the power of combining mindful movement, breath work, sound and community as tools to support well-being. What began as a personal path of recovery grew into a personal calling to share these practices with others.

I draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches including embodied movement, somatic practices and sound-based regulation techniques. My work is rooted in the science of stress physiology, developmental psychology and the mind-body connection.

Whether I’m guiding a group of youth or facilitating an intergenerational circle, I aim to create experiences that are inclusive, developmentally appropriate and grounded in the power of relational and experiential learning.

I believe that meaningful growth happens in the community. When we feel safe, supported and seen we are able to access the inner resources we need to thrive. Through Rhythms of Connection, I help create spaces where people can slow down, explore who they are and find a sense of balance within themselves and the world around them. Whether we’re dancing, breathing, grieving, laughing or resting in stillness my hope is to walk beside you as you remember who you are, reclaim your voice and step into your unique rhythm.

This work lights me up and it is an absolute honor to walk alongside others as they reconnect with their bodies, their breath and their sense of belonging. Let’s walk this journey together rooted and empowered by the Rhythms of Connection.
